INVITEuy
Visit siteINVITEuy is an in-house Estelar product: a digital invitation system with QR codes and access control for events. Each guest receives an email invitation branded by the organizer, RSVPs with a single tap and is scanned at the door with any phone.
The challenge
At many events, entry still relies on paper lists, long lines and spreadsheets nobody keeps up to date.
Organizers don't know who's coming or who has arrived, and invitations go out without the identity of the brand behind them.
The solution
We designed and built INVITEuy from scratch as our own product.
It has its own identity, a sales landing page at invite.uy and a custom panel where organizers load their guest list, upload their logo, choose their colors and send a personal invitation with a QR code to every guest.
At the door, any phone becomes a scanner, with nothing to install.
The result
A complete tool that supports the entire event, from the guest list to the door.
Organizers see in real time who has confirmed, who has arrived and from which company, and every invitation carries their brand from start to finish.
For the organizer
They set up the event, paste the guest list by company or add each person, and preview every invitation before sending it.
Sending runs on its own in the background, and when it's done, a summary arrives by email.
For the guest
They receive an email with their invitation and a button to RSVP.
On their phone they see their QR code, their table and the event branding, ready to show at the entrance.
At the door
The team opens the scanner link on their phones and starts scanning.
Green if the invitation is valid, an alert if someone tries to get in twice, and attendance updates instantly in the panel.
