FORO SURA

SURA needed more than a web page for its third real estate forum.

It had to build excitement for the event and drive registrations, manage limited seating in the venue, offer the option to follow it via streaming, and let the team see everything in real time, without relying on third parties.

We built a custom PHP landing page in SURA's identity: the title assembles letter by letter, a countdown accompanies the Save the Date, and the speakers appear in photos that shift from blurred to sharp.

The form opens with an In person or Streaming selector. When seats run low, it shows how many are left and, once the room is full, it switches to streaming automatically, even if someone takes the last seat while another person is still filling it out.

Every registrant receives a confirmation tailored to how they're attending, with a calendar file, plus an automatic reminder before the forum that, for those joining online, brings the button to enter the stream.

Behind it runs a dedicated panel for the SURA team. It shows registrations and attendees, available seats in the room, the split between in-person and streaming, and whether each email went out, with search and export to Excel.

It also includes its own analytics, with no Google Analytics or third-party cookies: visitors, conversion, a funnel from visit to registration, traffic sources, devices and campaigns.

From there, the team can also adjust capacity and emails, schedule the reminder and run backups.

A clear, dynamic invitation that takes visitors from the date to registration in a single flow, and a tool that lets SURA follow its audience's response live and run the event end to end.
